 MHT CET is a state level entrance examination conducted by the Government of Maharashtra’s state common Entrance test cell. The exam is conducted for admission to various undergraduate courses in Engineering, Pharmacy and Agriculture in collages in the state of Maharashtra.

JEE is national level exam for admission to nationwide engineering collages. MHT CET is a state level exam for admission to state engineering collages.

MHT CET exam is state board based exam. So it is okay to choose state board for 11th and 12th. 

One should look for following points while choosing right coaching class for preparation of MHT-CET:  Qualified Teachers, result of class, facilities and material provided by class, 

 The duration of course varies from few months to 2 years. Crash course is for 2 months. Integrated batch runs for 2 years

MHT-CET 2024 will be conducted from 2 May 2024 to 17 May 2024 for engineering courses. However for Pharmacy courses, the exam will be conducted from 22 April 2024 to 30 April 2024. More details of 2025 MHT-CET will be informed in January 2025.
